Making a Booking
- Check published prices here:
- Contact us to check availability, whereupon a provisional booking will be made to enable you to secure your flight bookings.
- Once you have your flights booked, contact us to reconfirm the accommodation booking. Please note: The nearest airport is Paphos International Airport, and a car will be required to get from the airport to the accommodation.
- Complete the online booking form here.
- Send initial booking deposit and breakage deposit:
- Booking Deposit: 20% of the total cost, with the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or if booking within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount should be sent.
- Returnable Breakage Deposit: £200.00 per party. If any accidental damage should occur, you could claim back the cost of the damage through your holiday insurance and your £200 will then be returned. But provided there is no major damage or breakages, it will be returned without delay on your return.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made by telephone and confirmed in writing. If received before the balance is due, this will result in loss of deposited only. If cancellation is made after the balance is received, we will endeavor to resell the accommodation, and if successful, a full refund will be made. However if not, your insurance would cover such eventualities. Therefore clients should arrange adequate travel and medical insurance for themselves at the time of booking.
Check-in
You may check-in to the Villa after 3pm. However, where possible we will do our best to accommodate clients with an early arrival time.
Vacating
The accommodation is to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. However, where possible we will do our best to accommodate clients with a late departure time.
